With almost 200 allowed additives that are legally permitted in wine, we choose to feature wines that complement our food.  Our wines have the least possible use of chemicals, additives and overly technological procedures.  We serve only what we drink, natural and honest wines made in the vineyard by true farmers.

Our Mixology Program

The same philosophy applies to our drink program.  We continually strive for fresh, lively, local products with a goal for balance in flavor and texture that amuses all of your senses.  Our bar is the perfect setting for an after work drink, wine experience, or first date.  We make all our syrups in house to ensure highest quality ingredients with small batch liquors
